By using our website or placing an enquiry or booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

Benbox provides curated event decoration setups, celebration experiences, and corporate gifting. Product images, descriptions, and prices are for reference and may vary based on availability, customisation, season, and location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

3. Enquiries, Quotes & Bookings

  • Submitting an enquiry or proposal request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and any agreed advance or payment terms are met.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote, or 7 days where no period is specified.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, venue, and access requirements.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms (including any advance) will be communicated at the time of booking. Orders are scheduled and dispatched only after the agreed payment is received.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to the timelines communicated at booking. Because many of our setups and hampers are custom-prepared and time-sensitive, advances may be partly or fully non-refundable once procurement or production has begun. 6. Delivery & Setup

We deliver and, where applicable, set up at the address and time agreed. Timely access to the venue and accurate delivery information are required. Delays caused by incorrect details, venue restrictions, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Benbox.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services lawfully, to provide accurate information, and to ensure that any venue or recipient details you supply are correct and that you are authorised to share them. You are responsible for the safety and care of decoration items installed at your venue for the duration of the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Benbox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
